Friday, June 27, 2003 ::: got a gift from daddy's colleague, it's a book written by Dr. Au Lok Man. I've never met this friend of dad's, but it's really sweet that he's giving me a present to congraulate me for getting into med school. "Hope you can become a good doctor." I was really moved. Never before I've had this feeling. And it's a good read too. I've always loved reading his stuff. I admire his spirit of wanting to serve others. Translating the blurb into engilsh: "All I want to be is a leaf in the woods, turning CO2 to Oxygen, nourishing mother earth. That I would be trully satisfied."
